4. Digital Assets, Sigils & Claims

• Digital items have no monetary value unless stated
• Sigils, codes, or tokens may unlock experiences or access
• Digital assets do not represent ownership, currency, or investment
• Assets may be modified, revoked, or expired at our discretion
• Digital assets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Do not attempt unauthorized access
• Do not upload malicious or abusive content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, designs, software, and branding are owned by Obscuras Imaginarium or its licensors. Participation does not grant ownership of intellectual property.

7. User Content & Media

If you submit content or media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some experiences may involve AI-generated media. Such content is provided for artistic and experimental purposes and is offered “as is.”

9. Payments & Refunds

Certain Services may require payment. Prices and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final.
